Alex Caruso

 Alex Michael Caruso, born on February 28, 1994, is an American professional basketball player with the Chicago Bulls (NBA). Caruso was referred to as "Bald Mamba" and "Carushow". In college the team he played for was Texas A&M Aggies. He was named second-team all Southeastern Conference (SEC), distinction in the year 2016 when he was an senior. In 2020, he took home the NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers. Caruso was an A&M Consolidated High School student. A&M Consolidated High School, College Station, Texas. He was a basketball player under Rusty Segler, and Rick German. After taking his team to the playoffs as an senior, and averaged 19 points and 9 rebound. Caruso left high school and joined the Texas A&M Aggies. Caruso averaged 8.0 points and 4.7 assists per game during the course of his career, which lasted for four years. Caruso was the school's all-time leading steals leader at 276 and assists of 649, beating David Edwards. Caruso led the Aggies to Sweet 16 in the NCAA Tournament as a senior, and was recognized with SEC All-Defensive Team distinctions. Caruso wasn't selected during the 2016 NBA Draft. He was signed by the Philadelphia 76ers to play in the 2016 NBA Summer League. Caruso joined the Oklahoma City Thunder on September 23rd, 2016, but was later removed by the Thunder on the 17th of October. He was acquired by the Oklahoma City Blue, a part of the NBA Development League on November 3. Caruso was assigned to the Lakers by the Oklahoma City Blue of the NBA Development League for the 2017 NBA Summer League. After a string of successful games, including one in which Caruso was in the position of Lonzo Ball, and also led the Lakers to victory, Caruso was signed to his first two-way deal with the Lakers on the 13th of July 2017.
